BuddyLot is a social platform that enables friends to create and manage betting pools for sports and esports events. BuddyLot provides tools for game billing, settlement tracking, and community features. BuddyLot does not process real-money gambling transactions and is not a licensed sportsbook.

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding social betting and gaming.

4. Game Billing & Settlement

BuddyLot's game billing feature provides a ledger for tracking bets and settlements within private groups. BuddyLot does not hold, process, or transfer real money. All financial settlements are conducted directly between users at their own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the BuddyLot platform are owned by BuddyLot or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuddyLot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BuddyLot shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
